Nutzungsbedingungen
Mit der Nutzung von Plavari stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu. Du musst mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein oder das in deinem Land geltende Mindestalter erreicht haben.
Shared content and moderation
- 👥
Your display name, your photo and a group's name are visible to the friends and group members you connect with. Keep them free of offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal content. No spam, no impersonation, no content that violates someone else's rights.
- ☁️
Shared content is exchanged directly through your iCloud. Plavari does not host, monitor or control it, and each user is solely responsible for the content they share. We are not liable for content shared by other users.
- ✋
You can block any user from a friend's profile or a group member's menu. Blocking hides their content everywhere, ends the connection and ignores future invitations. You can remove a friend or leave a group at any time; blocks are managed under Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
- 🚩
You can report objectionable content or an abusive user directly in the app, or by emailing abuse@maikerdmann.com. We review reports within 24 hours.
- ⛔️
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Users who violate these rules are excluded from the sharing features.
Health disclaimer
Plavari is for tracking and motivation only. It is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Talk to a qualified professional before making health or dietary decisions.
Purchases
Plavari is free and fully functional without any purchase. Optional one-time tips and monthly supporter subscriptions are voluntary contributions; they unlock alternate app icons, additional colour themes and a supporter badge. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your App Store account.
No warranty, no liability
Plavari is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data or content shared by other users. Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Using the app
Plavari is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reverse-engineer, abuse or disrupt the app or its iCloud sync. We may update these terms, change the app or discontinue features at any time.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Geteilte Inhalte und Moderation

Dein Anzeigename, dein Foto und der Name einer Gruppe sind für die Freunde und Gruppenmitglieder sichtbar, mit denen du dich verbindest. Halte sie frei von beleidigenden, hasserfüllten, belästigenden, sexuellen oder illegalen Inhalten. Kein Spam, keine Identitätsvortäuschung, keine Inhalte, die Rechte Dritter verletzen.

Geteilte Inhalte werden direkt über deine iCloud ausgetauscht. Plavari hostet, überwacht und kontrolliert sie nicht; für geteilte Inhalte ist allein der jeweilige Nutzer verantwortlich. Für Inhalte anderer Nutzer haften wir nicht.
- ✋
Du kannst jeden Nutzer über das Freundesprofil oder das Mitgliedermenü einer Gruppe blockieren. Blockieren verbirgt die Inhalte überall, beendet die Verbindung und ignoriert künftige Einladungen. Du kannst Freundschaften jederzeit beenden und Gruppen verlassen; Blockierungen verwaltest du unter Profil → Einstellungen → Blockierte Nutzer.

Anstößige Inhalte oder missbräuchliches Verhalten kannst du direkt in der App melden oder per E-Mail an abuse@maikerdmann.com. Wir prüfen Meldungen innerhalb von 24 Stunden.
- ⛔️
Gegenüber anstößigen Inhalten und missbräuchlichen Nutzern gilt Null-Toleranz. Wer gegen diese Regeln verstößt, wird von den Sharing-Funktionen ausgeschlossen.
Gesundheitshinweis
Plavari dient allein dem Tracking und der Motivation. Es ist keine medizinische, diätetische oder ernährungsmedizinische Beratung und ersetzt keine fachliche Begleitung. Sprich vor gesundheits- oder ernährungsbezogenen Entscheidungen mit einer qualifizierten Fachperson.
Käufe
Plavari ist kostenlos und ohne Kauf vollständig nutzbar. Einmalige Trinkgelder und monatliche Supporter-Abos sind freiwillige Beiträge; sie schalten alternative App-Symbole, zusätzliche Farbthemen und ein Supporter-Abzeichen frei. Abos verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird, und werden in den Einstellungen deines App-Store-Accounts verwaltet. Die Abrechnung erfolgt über deinen App-Store-Account.
Keine Gewährleistung, keine Haftung
Plavari wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt, ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften wir nicht für Schäden aus der Nutzung der App, einschließlich Datenverlust oder von anderen Nutzern geteilter Inhalte. Die gesetzliche Haftung für Vorsatz, grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden an Leben, Körper und Gesundheit bleibt unberührt.
Nutzung der App
Plavari wird dir für den persönlichen, nicht-kommerziellen Gebrauch lizenziert. Betreibe kein Reverse Engineering und störe weder die App noch ihre iCloud-Synchronisation. Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren, die App ändern oder Funktionen einstellen.
Zusätzlich gilt Apples Standard-Endbenutzer-Lizenzvertrag.
